  After a disastrous day of travel and another hotel an hour before letting us down, we just want to say thank you! Both the front desk ladies were angels and so helpful and accommodating. You really gave us a good positive after a really negative day. Definitely book here. The rooms are lovely & pet friendly.

  Stayed for a night only while driving north for the holidays. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms of good size. Excellent breakfast. Be sure to book parking ahead of time, I arrived early but parking was already full. Would definitely go back.

  We recently enjoyed a stay at the Holiday Inn in Lübeck, choosing the Willy Brand Suite for our accommodation. The suite was a delight – well-maintained, spacious, and impeccably clean. Our overall experience with the room left us with little to complain about; the furnishings were comfortable, and the ambiance was welcoming. One aspect that could use improvement was the breakfast buffet. While the quality was satisfactory, the variety of items was somewhat limited. However, it’s worth noting that this didn’t significantly detract from our overall satisfaction with the stay. The hotel’s location is undoubtedly a highlight. Situated just a short 10-minute walk from the old part of Lübeck town, it proved to be a strategic base for exploring the historic charm of the city. The convenience of being close to key attractions made our visit all the more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall impression of the hotel. Despite the minor setback with the breakfast options, we would consider staying at Holiday Inn Lübeck again, mainly due to the pleasant room experience and the prime location. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the captivating atmosphere of the old town while enjoying comfortable accommodations

  This pearl of a hotel is not far from the old town. Awesome staff from the check in, through the restaurant and breakfast to the check out. Team at the front desk is obviously multilingual and got fun by helping people, guys in the restaurant know their thing and will gladly recommend beverages and dishes to correspond your needs. Everyone is smiling, everyone gives you the feeling you are the one and only customer they attend to. Food and beverages are a top-notch and whenever there is some manager seen, they are simply relaxed and playing along. Anytime i will come to Lübeck, i am going to definitely stay here. Thank you Holiday Inn!

  The location cannot be beat. Staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. The store area is the best stocked shop I have ever seen in a hotel. There is a bus stop right outside if you choose to use public transportation. Rooms are comfortable. I am personally not a fan of the Soak brand toiletries since they dry out my skin and make me sneeze, but I can survive a weekend. I am a fan of the little touches left for us to make us feel welcome.
