  We rented their apartement in Eibenweg 2 for a week during the summer of 2011. It was the absolutely the best apartement we have ever rented. Very well equiped and a lot of space + garden. Nice and quiet location, but with shops, a few restaurant and subway accessible within 2 to 10 minutes by foot. Very nice landlord and landlady, with good language skills (at least English, Danish/Norwegian and of course German).
