::Only the store manager puts the customer first, otherwise I had the impression from all the other employees that everything was more important than the customer. If you arrive 20 minutes before the end of the day, everything is usually already "shut down", promotions are sold out very quickly, etc. There are enough alternatives in/around Gehrden that I don't have to try HolAb again.

::I actually like coming here but the guy at the bottle return was extremely rude and needs a course on customer relations. I refrained from retaliating because I figured out he was probably just frustrated about his life circumstances.
