::Achtung! Bitte machen Sie nicht den Fehler, bei Höffner zu bestellen! Wir haben Erfahrung, den schlechteren Kundendienst in Deutschland oder ich sollte in der ganzen Welt sagen! Ein Kundenservice ohne Herz und Empathie für Schwangere, die in einer Woche ein Baby erwarten! Das Geld, das nur 249 € (Rabatt) und 49 € Versandkosten kostet, ist mir egal, aber mir ist wichtig, dass unser bald geborenes Baby keinen Kinderbett und Kleiderschrank hat. Ich bedauere, dass unser bald geborenes Baby dies von einer herzlosen Möbelfirma erfährt. Warning! Please do not make the mistake to order from Höffner! We have experience, the worse Customer service in Germany or I should say in whole world! A customer service without a heart and empathy to pregnant woman expecting a baby in one week! I do not care so much about the money which is just 249€ (discount sale) plus 49€ delivery charge but I care about that our soon to be born baby do not have Kinderbett and Kleiderschrank. I pity our soon to be born baby experiencing this from a heartless Möbel company. My wife who is expecting our baby in one week from now ordered the Baby Zimmer 3 Teilig (consist of Kinderbett inkl Lattenrahmen, Liegerflache dreifach, Wickelkommode mit Wickelansatzlast, Geraäumiger Kleiderschrank) on 25th of March 2018. Then it was schedule to be delivered 17th of April 2018. On the delivery date, I stayed at home and wait for it. At around 12 Noon, the delivery man knock on our door first just one box and he told me that they just get the rest of the boxes from the Höffner delivery truck parked in front of our house. Then two men brought two boxes..total of three boxes. Then my wife told the delivery man that the Kinderbett and Kleiderschrank were missing, we checked the paper it was written that there should be 8 boxes. The delivery man told us that’s all they have, and if we have complain we should call the Customer service. Still we insist that he should check again but he told us he was just a delivery man, if we have complain we should call the Customer service, he even told us maybe another delivery later in the afternoon or the next day would come. As by the name itself Höffner is a German company so we thought it can be trusted and it cares for the children, anyway it is a small amount of money therefore, my wife signed the delivery paper with only the Wickelkommode boxes and the delivery man left. Then we called the Customer service, then my wife told the lady on the phone about what happened, the lady just told my wife “You should have not signed the document then she hanged the phone without even saying bye”. Then we tried again but after getting the ordering ID the lady hanged again. So we tried again then a man answered after getting ordering ID he put it on waiting tone we waited for for 10 minutes for nothing. Then 4th times, the same lady who hanged on us told us the same again “You should have not signed the document” Then she told us that you can make a Legal dispute, if you want, then hanged again. The problem can easily be solve by the Customer service if they track and called the delivery man to look for the packages and confirm what happened, but the “customer service lady just told us “ You should have not signed the document, please make a legal dispute if you want”.

::Well, waited all afternoon for the crib that never got delivered. Called them at 4 to make sure and she said it would happen no later than 6... Called them at 6 and she said very casually, it will have to be another day. I asked why I couldn't get a courtesy call to at least give me a heads up (I took time off work to he home for delivery) and she "couldn't resolve the issue for me at her dept" so she transferred me to the line that never answered. So now I really don't know when my baby's bed will be here. Very disappointed with your service. Never again!! UPDATE: Called today and because they were not able to reschedule within a reasonable amount of time/ therefore assemble for us, I was offered a discount. That was nice. We'll see how this goes.

::WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! Ordered a wardrobe from this store, originally buying the unit was a horrific experience refusing to deal with me due to the fact I don’t speak German? Hard to believe but yes! Not what you expect when you arrive fresh into a new country wanting to furnish your home!! We patiently worked through this to then make the purchase and wait patiently for 8 weeks. 8 weeks passes by and we collect the package to then install ourselves to discover that we have been provided with two left doors and two left draws!!! Mistakes happens right, that’s fine I’m sure this can be resolved! So my wife who ordered the unit, signed the contract and who is 32 weeks pregnant and not so mobile returned to the store and asked for this to be resolved. As you can imagine the wardrobe isn’t something you will want to dismantle, package it up, hire a van for a third time, load the van, off load the van, deliver to hoffner, offload the van onto hoffner trolly to then manage the terrible service within this branch! 4 large boxes which way enough for two men to carry!! My wife returned with only images on the phone clearly showing the mis match and the problems we face, asking for help in the matter. (Basically you gave us two left doors and two left draws!) Choices that we thought would have been: 1) to replace the door and two draws which required three units to be delivered to our home? Answer was NO!!!! 2) to come to our home dismantle the unit, take away and arrange for a fast replacement considering we have waited 8 weeks. Answer was NO! You need to pay delivery charges, dismantle charges and wait another 6-8 weeks!! So we are now left with the last option, please refer to the above! I won’t go into the detail for how my wife was treated this afternoon and left in tears as it will potential put me in a legal dispute! The store may be very attractive and perceived as very professional but the operational / logistical efficiency is far far from a general EU and German standard! Don’t be fooled!! I would approach this store with real caution! !!!!!!!!WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE RECOGNIZED AND TREATED PROMPTLY AND ALSO SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!

::horrible and incompetent I made a mistake of ordering my kitchen from them. Delivery was delayed for an entire month.Despite the late delivery, installation was made in an highly incompetent and callous fashion. they assume the customer to be available for several days for the installation. Never ever enter this Sham. Despite paying premium , no one expects this awful customer service.
