  The house is a maze. The staff is extremely unfriendly. The waiting times in the practices are very long, but the waiting rooms are not that big and the patients (patient, patient) are piled up in the hallways. If a fire breaks out here, there will be dead and injured people. If you know of an alternative, you would be well advised to use it. I live right around the corner, but if I really need to go to the doctor, I go somewhere else.

  A few days ago I took my son to Dr. for the first time. med. S. Heine and I felt very well looked after and advised. The doctor took enough time to answer my questions and concerns and seemed competent. The doctor's assistant was also great, I think it would be great to have a short explanation of the examination (what will happen now, how will it feel for you) to take away any fear the child may have. I found the lady at reception to be a bit distant, but at the same time (child-)friendly.

  Professionally organized practice - when there is a lot going on, there are of course long waiting times. However, you are not sent away and you get the help you need. Very few people go to the doctor for fun. 👍

  The worst place you should never go. 2.5 hour wait… purulent tonsillitis with inflamed submandibular lymph nodes and blood from the tonsils. The doctor will prescribe you “Chlorhexidine” only for rinsing, without paying attention to the problem. No ethics, no morals and all you get is disgusting attitude from the staff.

  0.0 staff, I was at the polyclinic today with a friend at 12:45 p.m., there I found a nurse who didn't want to work, unfriendly. I don't know why come to work. We pay health insurance every month otherwise.
