  Has everything an average person would need and some really good quick bite options in the front. I recommend the pork belly sandwich for €3.

  I lost my park ticket and tried to call someone in the garage for help. Nobody was at the office place at the exit I waited for a while then I went at the entrance trying to call help from there. After a while i went back to the exit office and a very rude person (gate keeper) asked me to pay 14€ fee without even listening to my complains. It was around 10 AM and I was there for 30 min in total. In my view this fee is too high and should be proportional to the time spent assuming 8 AM as reference. Considering that I spend a lot of money every week in this place, I am seriously thinking to find a better place where to do my shopping in the future.

  There was a rude lady shouting at us just because she couldn't understand us. She kept saying loudly ich verstehe es nicht. She could've just ask for someone else to help or tell us politely that she cannot help us instead of shouting and being rude. Such people give bad reputation to Germany and undo all the progress and efforts to make Germany nice and welcoming.
