  We visited a property and had our commitment given the next day. After several days without a message, it was only, the property management was not to achieve (brokers & management were but according to a tenant in the house of the same!). First it was said, we would get the apartment well, a day later, usual Schufa, income, other documents were requested. The joy (why should it be requested if no contract could come to pass) was great. Then the broker purportedly did not want to know the things he had discussed, then he could not remember that he had received proof of income. Then he found the PIN for opening the PDF, then he tried (although we had mutually agreed to neither applicants in turn, or visit other real estate on our part) to outdo us against a "competitor" (in Hamburg, this is the game "Give me one Envelope and I forget the competitor ") We had to realize that the broker not only extremely confused, but also lied to us and probably deliberately stopped. Finally, the criterion was that we had too little income ;-). Every contact with the broker had another excuse! Absolutely unserious and not recommended !!
