  NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! Unfortunately, could not have had a good experience in practice. Right from the start I mentioned my fear and anxiety to the dental assistant, which was absolutely not taken into account. Since I am tattooed and pierced, the lady commented that I shouldn't get in line and whether I did such a circus while doing it. Even Mr. Wirtz himself just smiled at my worries and gave me the feeling of incomprehension with his statement that he was "giving" me 5 minutes of his precious time in the room. In addition, the named employee said that I could leave the practice with pleasure, but then I would not need to come back, because one is not in the mood for something like that. I find such behavior totally unprofessional and inappropriate. I would like to see more empathy and understanding from both the doctor and the staff.

  the reviews are correct, either you accept the direct nature of the doctor or you don't. I get along very well with the dentist and the practice team, everyone is very helpful, all work is explained very well and carried out very carefully and professionally. I feel good here, if you can say that about a visit to the dentist ;-)

  Great dentist. Helps where possible. I'm excited. Helpers competent and very friendly. Definitely to be recommended! 😊
