  Had an appointment on a Tuesday at 1.30pm that I couldn't keep. That's why I wanted to call to cancel the appointment. Unfortunately, the practice (according to Google) only opens at 12 noon. Called shortly after 12 and the answering machine answered, apparently the practice would not be open until 2 p.m.? open. Unfortunately, you could not leave a message. Then just called shortly after 1, on the off chance that my appointment would have been in half an hour. Suddenly someone answers, I can cancel without any problems. But should pay a fee because I would have canceled the appointment at short notice. With these working hours and contradicting information, when else should you have called on a Tuesday? You couldn't even leave a message on the AB so that it wasn't too short-term. A cheek when you consider that I only made this appointment because my last one was canceled by phone from the practice the evening before the appointment. Modernization in this area is a bit overdue. The treatments themselves are rock solid and new patients are looked at carefully.
