  It's a shame that patients are rejected straight away instead of having a clarifying conversation beforehand and questioning why they don't want something, and when patients describe abnormalities in the laboratory or comment that a value is always reduced and why, they are not taken seriously and checked to see if there is any truth to what patients say. Unfriendly helpers.

  The waiting time was always very reasonable. Dr. Kluge takes time for his patients, despite the high volume of patients. The only “negative” thing is of course the waiting time for an appointment. However, this is a common problem among specialists, so I'm not deducting a star.

  The staff are very friendly. The waiting time is completely acceptable. Mr. Kluge is a very personable, attentive doctor who takes his time! Examination results will be communicated in writing within a few days. I have nothing to complain about.
