::Enters an expert case totally unprepared. Didn't look at the X-ray image previously sent by my dentist and still tried to do a cold test on root-treated teeth and documented this in this way. If he had looked at the picture beforehand or had taken it during the treatment, this would have been clear. He looked pretty annoyed.
