::I have been in treatment with Dr Preussner for decades and have never had bad experiences. Was always warmly welcomed, treated with respect and great advice. Can't sympathize with some of the negative posts here, but I also have to say ... as it calls into the forest ... !!! If he had wanted to make money, he could have made good money from me, because I had insane difficulties due to a previous illness. On the contrary, he was able to save all the problems and I give him full marks. The waiting times are absolutely okay, around ten minutes on average. But if you really want to get help, you have to accept longer waiting times. It makes no difference to me whether a private patient or a public health insurance patient. I can only recommend the practice, I feel in good hands there!

::Today's first visit to Mr. Preussner- I've never seen anything like this and would award 000 stars here! - Called in advance that I need a bite guard because my old one broke. No problem, I was promised on the phone and made an appointment for today - Appointment agreed at 3:00 p.m. - Arrived at 3:12 p.m. (not nice, but can happen - everything ok) - In conversation Mr. Preussner very uncomfortable and very determined and choleric at the beginning (although he did not know me) said that he wanted to treat me and wanted to make me a bite splint for € 1,000.00 - because he did not assign a till without my mouth in the first place look and talk for 3 minutes! When he then mentioned afterwards that NOW he wanted to look into my mouth again and I then told him that he should do this anyway before he gave me any diagnoses and wanted to prescribe the € 1,000.00 frame because he refused me has to prescribe the "cash register frame", he became aggressive, shouted around and could barely hold on - I left this practice and will definitely not come here again!
