::I have been a patient of this practice for decades and have always been very satisfied. In real emergencies you can get an appointment at very short notice, checks always go well and quickly, with hardly any waiting time in the practice with an appointment, the team is always very nice, the practice is well equipped. I can't say anything negative.

::I can't understand how good the practice's team of nurses is. but the Dr. Karapetov is unbearable when he is on emergency duty. If a doctor is not willing to even help patients over the phone during his on-call hours (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.), that is intolerable behavior for me. This does not correspond to the Hippocratic oath that every doctor takes, nor to his applicable legal professional duties according to §2. It can't be the case that when a patient calls for help at 7 p.m. on a weekday, the emergency doctor succinctly says they'll go to Lugau tomorrow morning to be on call and he won't do anything anymore. In my opinion, this doctor simply has no responsibility to a patient. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't answer with his first name, but it should be clear whether it was father or son.
