::I am very disappointed. Have been a regular customer for 15 years. Today I came with an appointment as an emergency patient. Unfortunately, I was ten minutes late. Then I was told I can go again. I said they could then lose me as a customer and delete my files. The dental assistants said it's okay, let's do it. Really a cheek. I am very disappointed with the behavior.

::Very nice practice, I'm Dr. Wehnert followed and can recommend it without reservation. In addition, the practice team, which always ensures a good feeling 👍 It doesn't always have to be high-tech, the human factor counts and THAT can definitely be felt here!

::At the age of 10, I was with Mr Fleck for the first time and at the time he was scared of the dentist. He is very patient, takes his time and explains everything he does. Mr. Fleck gets 5 stars from me! Unfortunately, some of his staff are unfriendly and listless. I find that unfair to Mr. Fleck, since they are employed by him and thus represent his practice and there you should be a little more professional. (Even if you have a bad day)
