::Good evening everyone. I went to the hospital in my town of Erkelenz and got a referral from the doctor. I have very bad stomach pain and unfortunately diarrhea. I sat there for five hours, no one came to help me, and I looked through the glass at the doctor and the doctors sitting there. The assistant works in these rooms and when I told her that I was very sick, she said to me: “You have to sit. There is no space. Is that reasonable?” Do I go to the doctor’s office or a hospital? When do we go to a clinic? When we go to the doctor's office, we take 30 minutes and then receive treatment. Unfortunately, this hospital doesn't care about the illness or anyone else. That's really bad. They charge just tell us

::I went at 13:00 on a Friday. Absolutely incredible. I walk into the front entrance and a man greets me to help. Once I explain, he escorts me to the appropriate area, and after the secretary merely scans my card, I wait literally 2 minutes before seeing the doctor. This is unprecedented and nothing like anything else I've expereinced in my entire life with the medicial world.

::Good Urology department, both the nurses and doctors have at least some English. Cheap internet. Beautiful patient walking area with playground.
