::This review is based off of several visits to the caffee, usually as a group Because of the high pricing of both drinks and food (mostly drinks) I don't order myself but I can recommend what my friends told me. It's a very nice Caffee location at the center of Augsburg, easily accessable and a somewhat nice to chill with friends. The service is sadly really not that great. While they deliver timely, they often seem stressed and this impacts their friendlyness and service quality. It has also happened that we sat at a table for over half an hour with nobody noticing us. The food on the other hand is quite delicious and the coffee or hot chocolate also taste very good. With this in mind, we can look at the pricing, which is the only reason for the 4* on food because 8€ for a simple cup of coffee is just too much. This extends over to small overpriced pieces of cake and so on.

::I ordered tiramisu coffee and it was bad. why they didn't mix syrup and milk at all. First, when I drink coffee it is not sweet at all. And then I figured out why since all the syrup was inside. Since there was whipping cream on the top, I couldn't expect to mix myself. Also coffee tastes bad(light taste) the bubble of coffee explains they dont know how to steam milk.

::Very disappointing experience, I have been there with my wife for a piece of cake and a cup of hot chocolate that we never enjoyed because the waiter didn’t show up for over half an hour so we gave up and left. The place was half of this full capacity and we seen the waiter spend long time chatting with other customers/friends. I wouldn’t recommend it at all

::Really nice Café with plenty of space and free tables even on Saturday at brunch time. Service was outstanding! And food and coffee were so good! I had a Salmon bagel and a special coffee from Guatemala and it was all ready tasty!

::Nice veggie burger! But terrible Pommes, overly deep-fried… taste hard and very dry! Besides unfortunately this is the second times I’ve experienced. I come over here from time to time for many years and found out that foods are sometimes good, sometimes not so good… so I think it‘s the matter of quality control.
