  Wirbelsäulenchirurgie / Neurochirurgie Wahlleistungspatientin Station Elisabeth. Ich bin am 06.12. mit dem RTW ins Helios wg unfassbaren Schmerzen durch einen Bandscheibenvorfall. Von der ersten Minute an bis zur Betreuung aktuell noch, fühlt man sich in dem Krankenhaus gut aufgehoben. Da die zunächst angedachte Schmerztherapie bei mir keine Linderung brachte, wurde erneut ein MRT veranlasst und am Folgetag wurde ich von Dr. Schindler und seinem Team operiert. Die OP lief super, Dr. Schindler und der Oberarzt Hr. Reyher haben mir alles absolut ausführlich erklärt. Auch bei den Visiten nach der OP blieben keine Fragen offen. Ich hatte keine Übelkeit nach der Narkose, top Betreuung durch die sehr netten Schwestern und den Pflegern auf der Station. Ebenfalls ein großes Dankeschön an die immer absolut freundlichen und gut gelaunten Damen, die für die Verpflegung zuständig waren. Sowie das Reinigungspersonal, was wirklich sehr gründlich war. Wegen verschiedener Nachwirkungen durch die OP war ich nach Entlassung noch zwei mal beim Oberarzt Herrn Gharevi in der Notfallambulanz in Behandlung. Auch hier ein großes Dankeschön für die Beantwortung aller Fragen und der immer sofortigen Hilfe. Auch wenn ich bis zur vollständigen Genesung noch einen kleinen Weg vor mir habe, kann ich jetzt schon das Krankenhaus und die dort behandelnden Ärzte, Schwestern und Pfleger, uneingeschränkt empfehlen.   I stayed at the Helios for 3 days. I had to go to the sleep laboratory. Medical care was friendly and correct. Housing a disaster. I am additionally insured. The way I was housed, I imagine prison. I know hospital stays are enough. I know that you are not in a hotel there. In the bathroom there was no place to put toilet articles, except on the floor. the window decoration was and is at least 30 years old. The food is brought onto trays that are partly dirty and ancient. The food is brought and popped. In order to be able to open the breakfast jam, you need a pair of scissors that are not available. Then my stay will possibly be billed with additional insurance ??? I I will never be in this house again, no matter what. The photos show what the trays look like and what breakfast looks like in the Helios. Note- I am a private patient

  A big thank you to the doctors, nurses and nurses at the clinic. I went to the clinic for hallux surgery and felt very comfortable from the start.

  5 stars for Dr. Kerkhoff. (Orthopedics) I have seldom experienced anything competent. She really is the best, above all honest and she knows exactly what she is doing. For me personally the best in the whole house !!!!

  I'm going to this hospital for the third time next week and I've been super satisfied so far. Everyone is nice and courteous, the hospital I trust ... But who likes going to the hospital? MFG M.Pöhlmann
