  A great clinic with nice charm. 90 percent nice and friendly staff. Exceptions, yes, you can find them everywhere. The only negative thing I have to say is the food, lunch just doesn't taste good. But even then I tell myself that tastes are different. Personally, I can only speak about gynecology because I was a patient there 5 times from 2010 to 2024. And everything was always done very well. I would particularly like to highlight Dr. Jürgens, he and his kind are the jewel of this station. But everyone else doesn't have to be left behind either. The surgical team is also so sweet and brilliant. All I can ever say is thank you, thank you for making me healthy. If gynecology always comes to you!

  I don't speak German very well, but the doctors and nurses treated me in English and explained all the procedures clearly. I had a very good experience, thank you Helios clinic.

  I had a knee twisting accident while skiing in Feldberg yesterday and my friends drove me here. I was super nervous and as I dont know a lot of German medical terms I was speaking a mix of German/English. The team including the Dr Gregor and the nurses and receptionist were super nice and they took a good care of me before sending me home. I just wanted to give a good review to the clinic while I am resting my knee. Thank you for your effort

  I saw negative rating and maybe right but in our case - my son broke his arm - the medical staff was very nice and this place is very clean.

  You have to wait too long in emergency cases. That's unacceptable. Don't ever come to this hospital in case you need an urgent assistance.
