::No more patient. The temporary removable dentures were absolute laboratory rubbish! Now in the drawer. The biggest shame was that we were going to do the final removable dentures with the Flemming Lübeck dental laboratory. After a few touch-ups, I had no improvement. My new dentist says it can't last with this production either. This dental practice was not prepared to compromise together. It's a shame, the employed dentist, Mr. Malenke, is a good practitioner. Unfortunately he is bound by instructions! Addition to my review in January 2024: The previously employed dentist, Mr. Malenke, has now taken over the practice. Unfortunately, he did not rework my unusable temporary dentures and thus cost me nothing. I am still disappointed today by this uncompromising dental service!

::When I called for an appointment the lady was unfriendly and rude. It's a shame that someone with such behavior works in a healthcare facility. I would advise the lady who works there to seek psychiatric help and I would not recommend anyone to use this facility!!

::Rating deserved, so I'm happy to throw one out. Teeth cleaning was really good. Very personable and the procedure is over quickly thanks to the relaxed atmosphere. Ms. Daue's work was top! Now to Mr. Mick. My first visit yesterday, I came with an old treatment plan. Despite existing documents from another practice, a completely new picture was taken. Lo and behold, he identified problems that two other dentists did not. The subsequent BP was completely understandable to me and had a clear route. A really very technically experienced and, above all, humane doctor. I also felt like I was in great hands here. No “oh God, what are your teeth like”, but rather a very objective, positive review. I believe that with this dentist I can finally get my teeth to the desired condition. Of course, the practice is full. Therefore, you may have to wait longer for an appointment, but it was worth it. However, he wasn't a pain patient either. Reception also very friendly and accommodating.

::I was told about a friendly and good practice, then when I had dental problems myself I asked for an appointment, this was now about 6-8 months ago (end of summer 22) now would have been my appointment, the treating doctor is sick (what Of course it can happen to anyone) and my next appointment is in AUGUST...... I'm disappointed, I can't say anything to the doctors or anything like that since I've never been allowed to be there before😂

::I came to you through my wife's recommendation. I had slight pain and we immediately took an x-ray, which indicated root inflammation. After the weekend it was so bad that I was right outside the door again. The tooth was then perfectly anesthetized so that for the first time I really had no pain. Everything was opened up to the lower jaw. The pressure released. 2 days later we temporarily closed it. Today I went to Ms. D. for a teeth cleaning. Seriously, I've already gone through a few, but anyone who spends 1.5 hours with my teeth and, by the way, my teeth are very good, really knows what they're doing. I have 5 more appointments in the practice in the next 6 months. 🦷😁
