::Tremendous hotel. Not far away from a tube station towards downtown and also one from the airport. It is located in a residential neighbourhood, so it is very quiet. I felt very welcomed when I arrived. The crew speaks English really well. Room service is great too, with a decent minibar. It is more than enough for one and two people. Highly recommend

::I stayed here for two nights. I didn't like the rude responses to any of my requests at the reception. I asked if I could stay a bit longer on the check out day in my room (the small booklet in my room said that it's possible if I would let them know in advance) and they said simply "nein" without any elaboration. Maybe they should change the rules in the booklet so that it's in accordance with their policy.

::I was on business trip but felt like I was at a home stay with the families who where on holiday. This is absolutely a family hotel but business guests can blend in very well! I loved my short stay. Staff is friendly and helpful above and beyond. One advise: gym is small and there are no instructions how the mechanic machines work. I wanted to use running machine at 6am, machine was off and helpful staff couldn’t turn it on either. Candy at the reception is an example how warm you feel welcome. Great staff

::Very neat and clean room & bathroom with good interiors. Capsule coffee machine and a mini fridge available with charges being applied for the coffee capsules and anything from the fridge. Area around is mostly residential. We had a comfortable stay here.

::Ugly furniture, and I could hear my room neighbours talk (in a different room). Not suitable for people who need a pleasant sleep. Breakfast isn't worth the money. You can get better breakfast anywhere for half the price. The owner don't want to you to experience a nice stay, they just try to get the best out of their money. Next time, I will chose another hotel in Hamburg. What I find ridiculous is that there are posters in the room like "Don't throw money away. Book directly. And we shouldn't use any hotel search engines.
