::If your own bank tells you that it is better to have your change exchanged at a third party, then something has clearly gone wrong! You should definitely work on their service here. Other Volksbanks also have a change machine (even another Volksbank in Heidelberg, but as a Heidelberger Volksbank customer you are not entitled to use it). Sad but true. The Heidelberger Volksbank is clearly developing in the wrong direction. Many years ago I had different experiences with this bank.
