::Finding good staff is probably difficult, very difficult. The doctors may be good, perhaps, and may have learned their stuff. But to just leave people there, not to give any information when you ask for papers and not to get an answer for 3 hours, is a disgrace. I'm now going to another hospital, where they were at least able to give me information about my situation...

::Was/am here to have a tumor removed from the eye funnel Doctors: very friendly, competent and explain very well what is happening and when. Big praise for your daily effort! Nursing staff on the ward: lovingly friendly and caring. I can't understand the negative comments here. They're doing a great job here! Food: so far everything is good, food is okay and tastes good. As far as I can tell, the operation itself went flawlessly and I am very grateful to the entire team of doctors, anesthesiologists and everything around it.

::Some would call it failure to provide assistance! Two days inpatient and no examination of any kind, then you are simply released because the beds are needed. Pain medication was only given after repeated requests. Nobody goes to the hospital because they are bored! Then as you leave you are informed several times that you have to pay for your stay.. yes of course we prefer not to pay for anything! Unbelievable... The main thing is that you had a paid bed for the weekend!

::I got an appointment for surgery pretty quickly. The intervertebral disc was examined here twice by PD Dr. med. Alexander Younsi operated. The doctors, the nursing staff, the physiotherapist and the social worker do an excellent job. I can recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much 👍😀

::Everything was exemplary, from the appointment with only a 14-day wait, the admission, the operation on an intervertebral disc that had been severely restricting the spinal canal for years! I don't know what could be done better!!! The very next day I was able to walk better again, and after a week almost all of the years of pain had disappeared! The nurses and doctors are super nice, you feel like you're in good hands. I am very grateful and can fully recommend Neurosurgery Heidelberg!
