::We booked a room with a Terrasse and two separate beds. It did have neither of this two things. Also you don’t get any shoes for the spa. The windows are not water proof so it smells like wet carpet. This was so disappointing.

::Starting off with the positive things for me and follow up by the negative things..... Positive: The room is spacious and had a mini refrigerator. What was really nice were the illuminated stars at the roof of the hotel room. I liked that a lot. The parking area is big and free of charge. The area around the hotel, I could use for a morning run. They had a gym and spa. Water and a disinfectant was I the gym. Didn't use the thermal bath. The breakfast was good and the variety from warm to cold stuff, sweets to salty things was very good. Negative: Of course the staff was kind but it felt sometimes forced and they could be more friendly at the reception. Also, depending on which staff you're asking. I was missing some cleaning products in the bathroom and a tea and coffee maker. Like I said, the breakfast was good on top of it would be salmon or something with a fish ;) The gym was a disappointment because of the opening hours. The gym itself was very, very good. Nice cardio and weigh machines. But as a woman, and I could do it there, I had to run in the dark. The ope ing hours was I my opinion such a small space from 8.30 am on Wednesday and 9 throughout the week until 21 pm I think (but I'm not sure) That for me is not good. That had an impact on the three stars rating. All in all it was a good stay.

::Stayed here just for 1 night. The hotel building is connected to the Spa building through a covered corridor so that you can wear already your bathrobes in the room and walk to the swimming pools without going out. The room was spacious and the shower (huge) equipped with nice LED effects. At night you can see the stars on the ceiling of your room... :) The restaurant is ok but the quality of the food could be better. Portions are big. Free parking in front of the building hotel.

::extremely clean, well done! but definitely not kids friendly. we needed to pay 2 rooms, full of old people, nothing bad but they don’t like kids and obviously noise. food was not good and very salty. At the end 2 nights 1,000 EUR definitely isn’t worthy.

::Mixed review incoming. The hotel is nicely furnished and the spa facilities are great. What lets it down are a few members of staff (not all as some are lovely especially the lady looking after the bar) that are not particularly friendly nor helpful. Room had an issue with the shower that was reported to reception on the first day but was never repaired nor any followup or apology. If the hotel sorts out its few customer care issues it would be a recommended place to stay. For now better off in Wittenberg where there is more to do and better choice of local restaurants.
