  Multiple calls unsuccessful, announcement from the band "We're on the phone, try again later". shortly afterwards I went there, the sisters were chatting around. have addressed the telephone accessibility "yes then we have just made a phone call". I'm out, called again, the band announcement again. I went back, asked the sister about it and she reacted evasively. it is clear to me that on a Friday afternoon the weekend is just around the corner and you are happy to have some rest - but this behavior of the sisters is unfortunately very unprofessional.

  I have been a patient of Dr. med. Kessler and I feel in the best medical hands. Spontaneous appointments you do not get with her, because she has no more capacity. But I always make my appointments 3 months in advance. She takes a lot of time for me and is very thorough. Absolute recommendation.
