  We and our family have been patients at this practice for a long time. Appointments are made quickly and easily; if I have acute symptoms, I have always been given an appointment on the same day. The waiting time is sometimes a little longer, but the doctors are all very nice and compassionate.

  I requested a Saturday consultation via email, an answer came back very quickly (5 minutes), there was nothing going on in the waiting room, so I went to the doctor very quickly and was helped there.

  I usually show up on time for my appointments, but I end up waiting for about two hours to be seen. Their appointment system is quite messy. I've lived in three different countries, and I've never seen urine samples left in a toilet, uncovered and unprotected, contaminating the samples... My private doctor was shocked when he saw the picture and said, "That's awful!"

  I've been there for years. Personally, I like Dr. Renard himself and Dr. Frieser and her employees attracted positive attention. An experienced team with the goal of expanding, modernizing and becoming more effective than before. The new options for automatically ordering prescriptions by telephone or making appointments with cardiologists, gastroenterologists, occupational and sports physicians and other specialists concentrate all-round care at one of 10 locations. Means fewer trips and everything stays in one practice. This concept is good and correct. Keep it up.
