::Always a long queue, picking up parcels that have not been delivered takes forever.
Selina Volkmann
::Service is sometimes that way, sometimes friendly, sometimes very condescending. In addition, I always have the feeling that I pay more for my shipment than in other post offices. It can't be that it costs 4.90 euros to send a women's shirt. Since I was sold a registered letter without asking if I would like that. Instead of sending it as a size S package.

::Everything is there. I'm more at the mailboxes. Unfortunately, the mailboxes are no longer open as long as they used to be. Parking space in the underground car park.

::The employees are very nice, but even with long queues they like to take their time to talk to other customers. Unfortunately this is not a good parcel shop for me.

::I tried to send an urgent letter today, but no post office is open at 8:00am in all of Tübingen. Even the Hauptpostamt only opens at 9am! Ok, I thought. At least they have these machines, which allow you to buy stamps. Alas, they don’t take cards. They don’t take notes as well. They won’t even return cash - only stamps in useless denominations. And don’t even get me started on the user interface of the machine. All this, in my view, reflects the poor customer service provided by the Post. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon in Germany. So much so, that more often then not, Germans think of it is normal. It does not need to be.
