  Since more and more branches in Hanover have closed (especially near me in Linden) and the account management fees have now been increased outrageously, I no longer see any advantages over a cheap online bank! That's not how you get customers... I am very disappointed and will be leaving Volksbank after more than 30 years.

  Personal, very pleasant service, amazing speed in processing and constant, direct availability! I recommend real estate financing through Mr. Meyer's team to everyone. From the telephone service at reception to the advice to the team in the background - great service! As a “small customer” I feel competently looked after. Service example: You send an email with a request and within a few minutes you receive an answer saying that everything has already been arranged and implemented as requested. That's how you want it.

  Today I withdrew €200 from the ATM inside the bank. Unfortunately, 2 x €100 notes came out of the machine. When I asked whether it was possible to change a €100 note into smaller notes, I was told; that this is only possible for Volksbank bank customers. So I will definitely not become a customer of this bank! Service = ZERO 👍 Welcome to the service desert Germany 🤗🤗
