::Incredibly unfriendly employee... I made a contract over the internet and thought I might be able to get some brief information because all the bureaucracy confused me. Unfortunately, no one could give me any information about it because I didn't sign the contract directly on site. If it hadn't been a problem in itself, I'd just have to go through it alone. But as soon as I entered the store and said I had made a contract online, I was treated incredibly unfriendly. I was constantly talked over and treated with arrogance. I have rarely experienced something like this from a service provider. You could have simply said "I'm sorry, we can't provide any information about that." I definitely can't recommend it to anyone.
