::I became a patient with Dr. I felt very well looked after throughout the entire treatment period and I am extremely satisfied with the result of the lingual braces. The entire practice team is very friendly and the time management is excellent. Even when I was pushed in at short notice, I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. ::About 10 years ago I saw Dr. Great in treatment for braces. The result after completing the treatment was fine. Unfortunately, a piece of the retainer (subsequent stabilization of the teeth) broke off, which is initially nothing unusual. As a result, one of my front teeth started moving. I therefore quickly went to the practice, where they reassured me and said that the movement would not continue. A repair of the retainer was dismissed as unnecessary and therefore not carried out. I relied on the doctor's judgment. Unfortunately, this was a mistake as the tooth continued to shift over the following months. When I visited the practice again (now a few years after the treatment), I was literally turned away after a quick look. I was hardly allowed to speak and when I was, my questions were not answered. There was no accommodation at all, on the contrary, the matter was obviously unpleasant for Mr. Groß and I was unwelcome. During the conversation, he stood behind me throughout so that no eye contact was possible from the lounger and then literally "left me lying there" without properly finishing our conversation. His employee was visibly uncomfortable with this and noticeably tried to start a dialogue on my behalf. Unfortunately without success. What was particularly frustrating was that I didn't blame myself at all. On the contrary, I would have gladly paid for another treatment, as long as I had had a good result. In my opinion, this behavior was absolutely destructive and arrogant. Therefore no recommendation.

::After about 1.5 years I finally got my lingual braces removed and I'm super happy with the result. If there was something that bothered me during the treatment (e.g. the wire, etc.), I was quickly offered an appointment and helped. The entire practice team is really very friendly, there are no hidden costs and all your questions are answered. I feel really in good hands here :)! Best regards!

::I'm being treated there with my daughter & my daughter always feels very comfortable! The two men and the doctor's assistants are very child-friendly and do their best to make you feel like you are in good hands! I can only recommend this practice

::Was there again after years, had a lot of appointments and problems before, but in retrospect they always made sure that everything was okay. Unfortunately, the fact that some things are associated with costs cannot be changed. Now I was there again, even though I didn't want to at first, and I have to say that I was very satisfied. Fast appointment, problem solved straight away and costs taken into account. Everyone was nice, so I can recommend the practice.
