  There is no real WiFi/WLAN available: it's so slow that even loading a webpage or sending an email takes minutes. When I called the reception they mentioned that they had a look at it but it couldn't be improved. She didn't seem to care about it at all and no apologies were given. There is a paid version for 10(!!) Euro a day but I didn't trust it and it wasn't offered by the receptionist either. Really unbelievable for 2020, these are basics like a bed and a shower...

  We noted that we'd love a room with a bathtub. On arrival ,we were assigned a room with a shower. No big deal, since when we asked about a bathtub, the receptionist said it was overbooked. We stayed in a heatwave (30 degrees). The window in our room wouldn't open fully (it has a nub that stopped it from opening). We eventually called the reception to ask if they can send maintenance to fix the window, since it was inhumanely warm on our room. They quickly asked us to pack and placed us in another room, where the window could open... and with a bathtub. Breakfast was amazing, dinner at this place is way too expensive.

  I have travelled a lot around the world but I have never seen more friendly hotel stuff than in NH Magdeburg. Exceptional overall impression.

  The best place for a rest in journey across Germany. Hotel is 9 km from Magdeburg and 3 km from A2. Room was clean and breakfast Was delicious ( so many kinds of tea and cereals with milk, bead etc.) I recomend th8s place.

  Reasonable hotel for a good price. Standard price for breakfast is ridiculous (€ 18,00) but can be had for less if included as a deal. No airco so can be warm in summer.
