::The Gossler Suites stand out from normal hotels; the suites are very spacious, individual, comfortable and invite you to stay. You can relax comfortably on the small terrace. Reception and service are pleasantly relaxed and very friendly. The breakfast was individually, freshly prepared, simply delicious.

::Encounter at eye level rethought by the Gossler team. Due to the trade fair in Hamburg, I had to book an alternative hotel and came across the Gossler Suite. Price was ok, so booked quickly. My expectations were actually the same as always: small room, a bit old-fashioned and if you're lucky, the bathroom has been renovated. However, upon arrival I was clearly disabused of this. You arrive at a kind of garden gate and are forced to "work out" the hotel a little bit. This is because it doesn't seem like a hotel. It took me a moment to understand what irritated me about the concept... You don't arrive in a standard lobby with the usual, life-worn staff. It feels like you are at your home or maybe at your neighbor's. After a quick check-in with a really motivated person, we went to the “room”. Open the door and BHAM... At first I thought we were wrong or there had been a mix-up. This couldn't be the room for which I paid this relatively humane price. Over 50 m2 and several rooms... everything is actually stylish and modern. I finally had a real table to work on. WITH AN OFFICE LAMP... And if that's not enough, you'll be happy that you can access your own little outdoor area directly from the room. For me as a smoker it's a dream. However, that was not what I wanted to make clear with the statement “encounter at eye level”. Of course the rooms are great and your own spot outside is definitely special in Hamburg... No, that meant the people who put a lot of heart and soul into it. I didn't see anyone in half-faded hotel-standard clothing. They are normal people, but in everything they do you can tell that they are passionate about what they are building together here. There were plenty of opportunities to observe this. During the barbecue evening in the inner courtyard, for example, I noticed that the employees had noticed that one of the rooms facing the inner courtyard had left the windows open. Zack, someone was on the way to closing it so that the interior didn't turn into a smokehouse. In short, as a guest you are treated attentively, but not in the usual sterile way. And that is exactly what makes the difference. Here you don't feel like a guest who requires the usual services, here you feel comfortable... Just like with a lovely neighbor in the garden or on a short trip with friends. Big thank you to the team... it was my best stay in Hamburg so far... again at any time!!!

::A beautiful hotel in an absolute top location from the airport. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, particularly warm and helpful at any time. The rooms are really spacious and, above all, nice, large and comfortably furnished. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of love. Overall everything is TOP!

::This hotel is unique! Very lovingly furnished with attention to many small details! Very cozy The owners are not only friendly, but very warm; always careful to implement the guest's wishes. Breakfast is prepared according to individual wishes and leaves nothing to be desired. The location of the hotel is very quiet, a bit out of the way, but you can quickly get to the center with the S-Bahn We will definitely be guests again!
