  I bought a couple of shoes where the sole had loosened after a short time. There was a new couple where I found the same problem after a short time. I now wanted my money back, which was rejected. Instead, I had to settle for a coupon.

  Very nice, competent employees in sales. In the event of a complaint, the employee did not even want to call another branch to put shoes back. I had to do that myself. Service and customer orientation look different ...
