::We booked a table for Mother's Day so we could spend some time with the children. The table wasn't really there at first (no reserved sign). We still got a table that was OK. We then waited ** AN HOUR AND A HALF ** until the good lady, who walked past us what felt like 100 times without even looking at us, finally took our order. Half an hour later the first order arrived, the second after another 15 minutes, and the rest later again. The only thing that excused the wait a little was that the ice cream was very tasty and the sundaes looked great. Which I just found very sad, no matter how long it took, but saying good things to the customer and maybe a little sorry would have been really great at that moment. Well, we'll definitely try it again and see how it goes.
