  I am an anxious patient myself and have overcome myself to go to the practice. Everyone in the team is very friendly and competent. You notice that you are not just a number but that everyone will give you reasonable advice and help you. Thanks to everyone who works in the practice. I can't imagine a better dental practice.

  Last night my wife broke a crowned tooth. Because the practice was close to us and it was still open. We went there with pain. We were not turned away very friendly at the reception. It is, after all, an appointment practice.

  I am a patient of Mr. Westermann. I'm very satisfied. He explains exactly what needs to be done and has a calming demeanor. The waiting time in the waiting room is always short and you can get an appointment quite quickly. The assistants are all nice. I feel in very good hands with Mr. Westermann

  Went for treatment on the crowned 13th with severe toothache. An x-ray was then taken but nothing was detected on the x-ray. Even tapping and cold testing didn't reveal anything new. First treated by Ms. Meyer and at my insistence, as Ms. Meyer is still very young and may have a lack of experience, Mr. Westermann was also called in. sent home untreated The crown was then drilled at another dentist and a root canal treatment was carried out, which also did not lead to any improvement Then a root tip resection was to be carried out, which I decided against and had the tooth removed by an oral surgeon in Langenhagen. After the very stuck tooth including 2 roots was extracted, the control x-ray showed that there was another untreated third root and that this was the source of all the trouble. If dentists worked more carefully and didn't always rule everything out from the start, there would be more people with healthy teeth Not to mention all the costs (+dentures) that I'm stuck with now. Update November 3rd, 2021 After complaining to Google about my review, here is the photo of the parts of the extracted tooth that I saved. Further steps will follow. This review will stay!
