::I was in the MVZ about 1 1/2 months ago. If I only had to rate the friendliness of the staff I would give it a 5/5. But when it comes to organization I would give it a 2/5. Incorrect prescriptions issued, D-doctor report issued incorrectly, which was then unprofessionally corrected by hand because they were overwhelmed with their system. Miss Dr. Luckily, Hunger Wenke introduced me to Dr. Stadler forwarded, where you felt like you were in great hands. A 5/5 when it comes to the knee. He knows what he's talking about and is also empathetic.

::I'm here at the orthopedic surgeon because of my back problems and today I made an appointment for plastic surgery for an atheroma. I always got through relatively quickly on the phone and was always treated in a friendly manner. The orthopedist is slightly hypothermic and the treatment is still pending, but I feel like I'm in good hands. When making an appointment today, I was immediately advised to make an appointment with my family doctor in advance so that I could be given antibiotics before the appointment at the MVZ. Here, too, I immediately feel in very good hands on my fourth attempt to get help. Yes, the waiting rooms are very full, but in my opinion the waiting time is manageable! The medical assistants in the hallways speak to everyone helpfully and don't run away. I can recommend the MVZ without hesitation! As for waiting times for MRIs, that is a general problem and not attributable to the MVZ. The appointments also ran smoothly in Lenglern. In Uslar, making an appointment and waiting time with a cardiologist is very difficult. However, I had positive experiences with the orthopedic surgeon at the MVZ in Uslar.

::After the fall, I had to wait a week for an operation appointment, but after that everything went smoothly. From the porter to the senior doctor, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The information was very comprehensive, the doctor contacted me immediately after the operation... I felt good canceled.1000, thanks 🙏🙏

::Despite an appointment, the wait was almost 2 hours. The doctor seemed as if she had no interest in helping me with my symptoms. All in all, unfortunately NOT recommended.

::I had an appointment on March 13th, 2023 and I showed up on time. I checked in with the doctor's assistant and was asked to take a seat in waiting room 2. After observing that many patients who arrived long after me were called in before me, I dared to ask once after 50 minutes whether I had perhaps been forgotten. I wasn't on the waiting list, and a total of four colleagues tried to check on the PC to see when my appointment was - whether I even had an appointment. A short time later, a colleague told me that they had tried to reach me by phone on March 8, 2023 and said that the appointment on March 13, 2023 had been canceled. In this respect, I was not informed about the cancellation of the appointment on March 13, 2023. It's not clear to me why I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes and perhaps would have done so for even longer, assuming that any emergencies would have been brought forward. Of course I would have understood that. But to me, sitting in the waiting room after signing in with my KK card and then forgetting about it borders on disrespect for your patients. Additionally, I'm wondering what kind of PC program you use that doesn't allow you to immediately see that a patient does NOT have an appointment because it has been canceled! Unfortunately not to me, which cost me a lot of time and a certain amount of planning in my working life.
