  Open 2 days a week, no queue in the hotline but permanent rejection with the message "Please try again later" .. after calling 10 I came to get the information that I should write an email .. well

  Today I had telephone contact with Dr. Böhm and I'm thrilled! She explained to me very professionally and calmly what steps are now being taken. Appointments were made without any problems. Great and thank you very much. 🙏Stay healthy!

  It would be great if you read your emails and don't just answer with something. That would save some time and nerves ... but what do you expect from the office ...
