::Long waiting times, inflexible staff. Staff often seem completely overwhelmed and unstructured as soon as there is more than one person at the counter. I much prefer it if the package is brought directly to the packing station.

::Gigantic waiting time. Lots of employees but only one person at the counter. Even at a time when there shouldn't be much going on. For example, 11 a.m. Incredible.
