::The package arrived quickly, but when I wanted to buy two more postcards I had to wait for the employee to finish his private conversation, which took quite a long time, so I didn't buy the postcards!! P.S. But I'm glad that he has a new apartment and that he likes it!

::Very poor service and unfortunately not responsive and helpful. Since I was there 2 minutes after closing today, I no longer received my package (still understandable), but since I will be traveling for work the following days, I asked the lady to extend the delivery time for the package until the middle of the week. For reasons that are inexplicable to me as to why this banal task is not possible, the package will now be returned to the sender on Monday. For me, this approach is absolutely incomprehensible, unsustainable and economical.

::Since the new owners took over the post office: better opening hours, nicer service, that's how service works! Thank you very much :) Update: Unfortunately, my package has been returned twice now under the wrong name and has therefore not been found in the branch. Very annoying! I would be happy to revise my rating again if it works again next time
