::The male employee Mr. R. often has negative personality issues when it comes to dealing with customers sensibly. My wife, as a customer, had asked for an affordable service that Mr. R. did not provide. It was about the request for a registered letter, Mr. R. made it a registered letter on his own initiative. After my complaint to Kaiserstuhl Touristik e.V., although there was legal certainty regarding registered mail, the requested service of registered mail, where a recipient or authorized recipient has to acknowledge receipt, was not fulfilled or was ignored. Added to this is Mr. R.'s reaction to my speech. His reaction was rudeness, arrogance and lack of insight. And if you read the reviews here, I'm not the only one who complained about Mr. R.'s behavior. This is shameful, especially towards the two ladies, Mr. R's colleagues. Because these ladies do their work and/or service to the customer excellently.

::The ladies are very friendly, the gentleman is very unfriendly, which makes you wonder whether there was any training in dealing with customers. Therefore, if possible, prefer other providers/branches.
