::Unfortunately, incorrect services occur again and again. Postal items are franked incorrectly and are then returned. Sometimes they are not accepted at all because you don't know what postage will be charged. The supermarket checkout is usually served as a priority. I was often served unfriendly. My complaints to Deutsche Post AG probably didn't have any effect either! Unfortunately very very bad incompetent service!

::I just wanted to drop off a letter at the post office. The incompetent young employee in particular, who always has to call her colleague for help with the same standard procedures, didn't want to serve me. I supposedly didn't have an FFP2 mask on (of course I had one on, but the color blue probably irritated you). If it were up to her, I wouldn't even have been allowed to send a letter. If only she were as committed to getting her work done....Not just incompetent, also disgraceful

::First you have to walk through the whole store to get to the post office, then no one is there because the customers have to be served at the supermarket checkout first. No time, no desire, unfriendly and incompetent. The employees are overwhelmed by complex issues and react irritably and rudely. There is no specialist knowledge, you try to handle it on the side.
