::Staff is extremely unfriendly! Customers are reprimanded and if they say anything about it, service is refused. I'll never go there again! :(((

::New staff have been working in the branch for some time now, and for whatever reason they don't know the time of day. Even if there is a shortage of staff at the moment, it cannot be the case that you are constantly standing in front of a closed door. It says on the internet until 7 p.m., but there is always a notice on the door with different opening times. We customers also have working hours. I have my packages delivered there, but I can't pick them up... because it's closed again.

::Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the negative reviews here. The staff chats and only says hello after waiting 1.5 minutes, even though private conversations were obviously being had and no other customers were on site. When accepting returns, the return slips were simply thrown somewhere to the customer
