::Very nice young lady who is always there. Gives great tips on the postal sector and is not even an employee of Deutsche Post. But I know better. Always friendly no matter how unfriendly the customers are...Top top top

::I was shocked by the unfriendly and disrespectful employee: on Saturday November 18th, 2023 I wanted to pick up a package and had my parcel label and ID with me. I was treated disrespectfully and I was spoken to incredibly unkindly by the blonde woman with a Russian accent. Apparently my package wasn't there even though it was in the tracking system. I picked up my package 3 days later and luckily another employee was on site. I'll complain to the post office.

::It couldn't be more unfriendly. The gentleman in his prime with the remaining dark hair and half-baldness certainly doesn't belong in customer contact. Doesn't open his mouth to greet him and is, if at all, rude and short. It's a shame for him and everyone who has to come into contact with him.
