::very friendly ladies but DHL service below all... Package was only stored for 7 days even though we were on vacation. Attempted to describe the case by phone only went through central Bonn. Despite the promise to my sister-in-law to hold the package until we got back, it was gone. Great service DHL. You can only go on vacation for a maximum of 6 days in summer
