::You have to expect a waiting time of approx. 30 minutes. You also have to take into account that any complication cannot be solved by the employee. In the old branch the ladies knew everything inside and out. The new “experts” can’t even manage to scan a QR code anymore. They don't try to solve a problem, they just say "It doesn't work", "I don't know". It's time to hire decent people and pay more than minimum wage.
