::When asked about the parcel weight of a parcel prepaid online, a male employee reacted with extremely strange behavior. When asked friendly, this gentleman was aggressive and outrageous for no reason. My question about the extra weight remained unanswered. Other customers were also irritated by the employee's reaction. I gladly followed his recommendation to go somewhere else. The pre-franked parcel was ultimately accepted without hesitation in another branch: no more talk of adding up ... Does Swiss Post tolerate such business-damaging behavior? I had also considered using alternative mailers in the future. Fortunately, there are alternative branches in our area.
