::Unfortunately, the employees in this branch are usually in a bad mood and stressed. You often don't notice much about the service concept, returns are accepted under discussion, tight sizes are not accepted at all, the branch has simply closed without anything being advertised (carnival), to name just a few examples. The positive experiences there are clearly in the minority.

::You often look in vain for friendliness and customer service here. Then you are left standing there with the words "I'm going to take a 5 minute break, this has been going on here for an hour" and while the patiently waiting customers look at each other in perplexity, the stressed gentleman goes into the parcel room and closes it the door behind him. When you work in service, it's a way that's not even remotely sustainable. If the gentleman doesn't enjoy his job, he has to reorient himself and not let the customers suffer. If I did something like that in my business, I would definitely get a warning. This is just one of many incidents that occur at the Breinigung post office.

::Exclusive opening hours, sloppy, unfriendly, the branch is closed even though you have just been sent out with the parcel label. I don't go there anymore and I'm glad there's still a branch in Breinig Schmitz Bauzentrum GmbH, Wilhelm-Pitz-Strasse 61, 52223 Stolberg (Rhld.)-Breinig There the bulky package was carried into the trunk.

::How in God's name can you (and then as the owner) be so unfriendly?! Dropping off packages and hoping for a new word or even a “hello”? Phew, that's probably asking too much here. Maybe the rulers should think again about devoting themselves to another calling. I definitely won't be entering this store again.

::I really enjoy bringing my packages and letters to this post office. Very friendly and competent employees. Parking spaces right in front of the door and very customer-friendly opening times. There are rarely long waiting times because all customers are served quickly. 5 stars for this post office because this is unfortunately no longer a given in most post offices today.
