::I wanted to send two shipments. I checked the prices online before I dropped off the shipment at our post office. However, based on the receipt I found that shipping was more expensive than stated online. So I asked about the shipping prices and noticed that the website stated completely different prices. (Since I often send something by post, it is important to me to know the prices.) However, the employee (on Saturday morning, July 20th) reacted very unfriendly and got terribly upset about my question about shipping costs. She also said she didn't care what I had to say. The fact that the internet prices do not correspond to the actual prices could have been explained in a friendly manner, but the employee was also annoyed and literally threw me a brochure with the current prices. - To be honest, I am very shocked that customers are treated so unkindly. It's not possible to react so rudely to a completely normal question. Unfortunately, the customer service in this branch was very unsatisfactory.
