::Friendliness is ok but the opening times are not working at all, closed on Monday afternoons? Have you mistaken yourself for a hairdresser? And then I think a 3-hour lunch break every day is absurd these days. Something like that only works in a town like Brünen; in the city the shop would have closed long ago.
