::Super!
Dirk Schneider
::He is a very patient and helpful person and will sometimes help you out of trouble (e.g. sending a fax, an envelope that he franks directly and accepts), (he has also given me his own cell phone once to do some quick research ,since I had forgotten my s at home and I urgently needed an address),... Well, a "STANDARD seller doesn't do that, for example, so he gets the full 5 STARS from me ☺️👍😊😆🙂❣️❣️❣️, keep it up 🤜..... AND THAT AT THE AGE OF 83!! RESPECT!

::Absolutely unfriendly and rude to customers. In this "mess booth" I hope that my package actually arrives. It is very disappointing that Deutsche Post continues to allow such a branch to exist and does nothing about it.

::The owner of this huge measuring stable is not only extremely unfriendly but also quite comfortable when it comes to work. So I will try to avoid this branch in the future. You can hardly move because of all the rubbish and the grumpy boss is anything but friendly!

::Dear community, I would just like to get rid of this post. It has happened for the "n"th time that my package cannot be found in the branch. How can it be possible that I have a note in my mailbox that the package is in the branch and the branch tells me that it cannot be found. But the worst thing is that the postal worker (also the shop owner) can't even take care of it (quote: it's not there, "that's it"). I then always get a message from the sender saying that the package was returned after two weeks because it was in the store for too long (WTF)! This is the lowest level of customer service from Deutsche Post that I have experienced to date. As a customer, we pay for this in three ways: money, fuel and nerves.
