::DHL/Deutsche Post no longer needs to deliver shipments to me. This means that a service that I paid for is generally and intentionally not provided. What a snotty club!! Every freelance Amazon courier who earns a fraction of what these work refusers from the former civil servants' office make more of an effort. Yes, I know, you have a lot to do. Me at work too. I always go straight here and then I have to wait in line forever.

::I've been a customer at post office 504 on Kirchweg almost every day for about a year now. My experiences are always positive. I often arrive with a whole lot Letters/parcels and time is always taken to ensure that everything finds its way to the recipient properly. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Hansen, she has already solved one or two problems for me that were due to my fault. The other employees can also all be rated positively across the board. If you visit the post office during peak hours, you don't have to complain about long waiting times. 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.: When everyone goes about their business after work, it's logical that there will be waiting times. Keep it up !:)

::Posting a registered letter for €5.10 instead of €3.95 because she had a bit of trouble getting the letter through her template. Contents: a T-shirt. After I flattened it from maybe 2.2cm to 2cm, it would have fit. But no, the lady insists on the extra money. Conclusion: it's better to buy the brand online. Coming back because of “oversize” is NEVER something!

::There are two switches, but only one is ALWAYS open. Unfortunately, the employees there are always completely overwhelmed and the waiting times are correspondingly long. This leaves people in a bad mood on both sides of the counter
